If you have previously taken the course and take it again you may have the wrong date on your certificate.
To get an updated certificate with the correct date please contact the support team and open a ticket.

Type in your question then click on the "contact us" button.
Let us know the problem you are having and your name and email address and we will get you an updated certificate.
**Due to GDPR and other privacy rules, CFISA will only keep the certificate of completion for three months from the date of enrollment.
It is the employee's responsibility to download and save the PDF certificate upon completion of the course. We recommend that the employees email the PDF to their manager as needed.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective January 2020 the certificate and completion data will be retained for three months only. Please ensure you download and retain the PDF certificate for your records.
